According to IAB Spain's 2020 Annual Ecommerce Study, shoppers are increasingly demanding and although price remains a key factor for repeat purchases (56%), more and more importance is given to ease of return (53%), delivery times (51%) and product quality (45%).

A trend that has been rebounding in recent years and that, with the integration of e-Commerce, Marketplaces and hundreds of ventures, suggests that it will not stop and that its growth is imminent.
